New images from the upcoming 9-1-1 and Doctor Odyssey crossover reveal the first look at Angela Bassett’s Athena Grant boarding The Odyssey. The highly anticipated event will see 9-1-1‘s LAPD sergeant step into Ryan Murphy’s latest procedural drama. Airing on ABC, Doctor Odyssey follows Dr. Max Bankman (Joshua Jackson) and his team as they tackle unique medical emergencies aboard a luxury cruise ship. In the crossover episode, set to air on March 26, Athena joins the crew during Casino Week to investigate a heist targeting the ship’s vault.
Now, TV Insider has shared first-look images of 9-1-1‘s Athena Grant’s time onboard Doctor Odyssey, teasing a stylish and action-packed adventure. The photos confirm that Athena will be trading in her police uniform for something much more glamorous, donning a red and royal blue off-the-shoulder gown for her undercover work. The images also showcase Max and Athena teaming up at the casino’s gaming tables. Take a look below:
