How To Romance Lady Oichi In Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Yasuke has plenty of romancing options once you can play as him in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, including with Lady Oichi. Yasuke is the second playable character that you can take control of in Japan after the first few hours of the story as Naoe. The ability to play as two completely different characters is one of the biggest changes from Valhalla. Yasuke has more romancing options, as he often uses his brute force to get others’ attention.

Yasuke’s admirers include Ibuki and Rin, but he can also romance Lady Oichi. Oda Nobunaga’s sister is one of the options for Yasuke, but the decisions you make in AC Shadows will not only change the chances of romancing her but also the story. This can make romancing Lady Oichi an important story arc throughout the game.

Yasuke’s first meeting with Lady Oichi comes in the quest “An Education.” This is a flashback mission showing Yasuke during his training. This is the first chance you will get to talk to her, and you should select the “Some company might be nice“ conversation line to start the romance off.

While there are no dialogue options to select in “The Wheel Unmasked” quest, you do have a choice to make which can block out the potential romance. At the end of the quest, you need to choose to spare the targets to have the potential to romance Lady Oichi.

For both Naoe and Yasuke, any parts of conversations that will potentially affect romancing options with another character have a heart next to that option to help you avoid missing any key dialogues. The decision in this quest is one of the many decisions you can make along with sparing or killing Ichi-hime and Takahashi.

The Wheel Turns Part 1 & 2 Quests

Romance On The Cards

The majority of the interactions between Yasuke and Lady Oichi take place in this two-part quest with three lines helping to romance her. At the start of the mission, you should choose the “I miss your smile” line. This is followed by “I am drawn to you.” In the second portion of this quest you need to pick “Let’s enjoy the moment,” which leads to a moment, so to speak, between the two characters. Your camera pans off and that is the last we see of the two characters together.

Romancing Lady Oichi as Yasuke in Assassin’s Creed Shadows has consequences for the wider story, and is one of his longest running pairings in the game.
