Vegeta has some of the strongest attacks in Dragon Ball, but it can be hard to tell which of his attacks are the strongest. Ever since he was introduced to the series as one of the strongest villains in it, his attacks have defined his character. Dragon Ball is one of the best shōnen series of all time because of how well its attacks define the characters that use them. Vegeta’s attacks are all about finality and devastation, a perfect representation of his seriousness as a character.
When Vegeta launches one of his attacks, he’s usually planning on ending the fight with it. It’s rare for any of Vegeta’s attacks to be less than devastating. In Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta uses the same attacks that he always has, but they now come with a godly spin that makes them even stronger than they were before.

Lucora Gun
Even When Buu Uses This Technique, Goku Calls It Vegeta’s
The Lucora Gun is one of Vegeta’s strongest attacks, and somehow, it’s become one of his funniest. There’s nothing funny about the devastating attack itself, but it has spawned a pretty popular meme. The Lucora Gun looks a lot like a traditional Ki burst attack, but when Buu used it during the Buu Saga, Goku said that it was “Vegeta’s attack”.

Almost every character in Dragon Ball has used an Energy Wave volley at some point, but for some reason, the Lucora Gun has made a name for itself as one of Vegeta’s attacks. It makes sense — Vegeta has a particular passion when using this attack. He bombards his enemies with a huge number of Ki attacks, each strong enough to cause a small explosion. He never stops using this attack either, showing that he has an affinity for the Lucora Gun no matter how strong he’s become.

Final Impact (Atomic Flash or Atomic Blast)
Vegeta Unlocked This Technique Under Babidi’s Manipulation Sorcery
The Final Impact is a technique that Vegeta gets while under Babidi’s control. It’s especially popular in the Dragon Ball video games for a number of reasons, and when Vegeta uses the attack against Buu, it’s easy to see why. Like Frieza’s Death Beam, the Final Impact (also known as the Atomic Blast or Atomic Flash) is shot in an instant.
Even Buu, the strongest character in Dragon Ball at this point in the series, has no chance of dodging or blocking the attack when it comes his way. Unfortunately for Vegeta, Buu’s regeneration is strong enough to make the Saiyan’s attack nearly obsolete. It’s still an amazing attack regardless, and nobody else would have died from the hole Vegeta put in them.
Vegeta uses the attack by pointing a single hand towards his opponent. He then points his thumb, index, and middle fingers towards his enemy, launching a single powerful beam straight through them.

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta’s Strongest Final Shine Attack
Dragon Ball GT is commonly referred to as the worst entry in the Dragon Ball franchise. Dragon Ball GT certainly has its faults, but it isn’t that bad for a couple of reasons. One of those reasons is Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta. While Goku achieved Super Saiyan 4 on his own, Vegeta had to enlist the help of his wife to get there.
Thanks to Bulma’s genius, Vegeta was able to achieve Super Saiyan 4 through the Blutz Wave Generator she invented. Vegeta turns into a Super Saiyan 4 and finally gets the strength to take on Omega Shenron.

When fighting Omega, Vegeta uses one of his best attacks on a brand-new scale. In Dragon Ball GT, Vegeta also came up with the Final Shine attack — a one-armed, green attack comparable to the Final Flash. Vegeta launches his strongest attack in the series, the Maximum Final Flash, straight at Omega Shenron while the Prince is in his Super Saiyan 4 Form. While it doesn’t kill the Shadow Dragon, it does show how strong Vegeta has become.

Super Galick Gun (God Galick Gun)
Vegeta’s Signature Energy Wave Attack In God Form
Out of all Vegeta’s attacks, none are as iconic as the Galick Gun. It was Vegeta’s first signature ability in Dragon Ball. Vegeta’s Galick Gun has come a long way since he first used it. The first time Vegeta was seen using the Galick Gun was when he traveled to Earth with Nappa. He flew into the sky and pointed his Galick Gun straight at the Earth, threatening to blow up the entire planet.
Later, in Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta is seen using the Galick Gun next to his son Trunks in order to save the same planet he once threatened to destroy. It’s a wonderful recreation of the Father-Son Kamehameha used by Gohan and Goku in Gohan’s battle against Cell.
When Vegeta uses the Galick Gun in Dragon Ball Super, he uses it in his Super Saiyan Blue form. He adds God Ki to the attack, creating the God Galick Gun. It’s an attack Vegeta has been using since the very beginning of Dragon Ball. He charges the attack by placing his hands next to his ear, launching a purple Energy Wave straight at his opponents when he points his hands at his target.

God Big Bang Attack
The Godly Version Of The Big Bang Attack
The Big Bang Attack is one of Vegeta’s most devastating, and it only gets stronger in Dragon Ball Super when Vegeta upgrades it to the God Big Bang. It’s also one of Vegeta’s strongest, as it takes out opponents with a single hit. One of the first times Vegeta uses the attack is in a brutal beat down of Android 19.
“Does a machine like yourself ever experience fear?” – Vegeta to Android 19
Androids 19 and 20 were wreaking havoc on the Z Fighters while Goku was away. When Vegeta shows up on the battlefield, everything changes for the worse for the mechanical combatants. Vegeta dominates Android 19 easily after turning into a Super Saiyan for the first time in the series. When Android 19 is trying to run away, Vegeta finishes him off with a lethal Big Bang Attack.
The attack is a little less succesful in Dragon Ball Super. Vegeta tries to use his God Big Bang Attack to finish Frieza off, but Frieza is able to destroy the Earth before Vegeta gets a chance. Frieza was smart to act so quickly, as he would have had no chance of surviving one of Vegeta’s strongest attacks.

Final God Explosion
Vegeta Uses The Upgraded Final Atonement Against Top In The Tournament Of Power
Vegeta’s Final Atonement is the pinnacle of his character arc. During the Buu Saga, Vegeta went back to his evil ways. He felt that he had become too comfortable in his life, and in his comfort, he got weaker. He let Babidi take control of his mind so that he would gain power comparable to Goku.
After being evil for a little bit and getting to fight Goku one last time, Vegeta saw the error of his ways. He went to go handle Buu by himself. After attacks like his Final Impact didn’t work, Vegeta realized he was going to have to use every bit of energy to defeat Buu. He then detonates his own body, killing himself and obliterating Buu in the process. Unfortunately, even that wasn’t strong enough to take down Majin Buu.
Vegeta brings the attack back in Dragon Ball Super on an even grander scale. Toppo had just unveiled his powers as a future God of Destruction, and Vegeta couldn’t care less. To knock Toppo out of the tourney, Vegeta uses the Final God Explosion, overpowering both Toppo’s Hakai and the Universe 11 warrior after an incredibly hard-fought battle.

Gamma Burst Flash
Vegeta’s Strongest Attack Before He Gets Trained By Beerus
The Gamma Burst Flash is the official name of Vegeta’s strongest attack that he learned by himself in Dragon Ball Super. It’s very similar to both the Final Flash and the Double Galick Gun. Vegeta charges Ki in both of his hands while his arms are pointed towards his enemy. To launch the attack, Vegeta then thrusts his hands at his opponent, just like a Final Flash.

The Gamma Burst Flash is an interesting attack that Vegeta only uses a handful of times. He uses his Full Charge Final Flash in a fight against Jiren in the Tournament of Power, forcing Jiren to block at the last second. The Full Charge Final Flash doesn’t do much damage to Jiren, but the Gamma Burst Flash rips Zamasu apart.
Like most of Vegeta’s attacks against stronger opponents, the Gamma Burst Flash works very well, but Zamasu’s immortality keeps him in the fight. It’s still a cool attack that fans hope to see more of, and maybe in the future Dragon Ball Super will show it in Vegeta’s best fights.

Beerus Ball
Ultra Ego Vegeta’s Strongest Attack In Dragon Ball
The Beerus Ball is Vegeta’s strongest attack that he’s learned so far. In the most recent editions of Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta is training on Beerus’ planet frustrated. He feels like he’s lagging behind Goku because he doesn’t have a form comparable to Ultra Instinct. Beerus thankfully tells the Prince of all Saiyans that Ultra Instinct is an Angelic Form used by Whis and his brothers and sisters, while the Gods of Destruction have their own ideas.
He shows Vegeta Hakai, or the ability to destroy. Vegeta is no stranger to destruction, but the Hakai is destruction on a much purer level. Vegeta practices the ability, getting pretty good with it before the Granolah the Survivor Arc begins.
