Stevi’s Mahdi is from Tehran, Iran. The couple had met in Turkey, where they spent just a few days together in person, and decided to get married. Stevi was shown doing a live nude painting of a client during her introduction. She said she was a painter and revealed that she loved painting abstract art. Stevi started painting nudes just recently. She said the best thing about painting nudes was how she was getting to normalize different body types. “I think a lot of times in the real world people forget that people are beautiful, yet they can look at a painting and see that,” Stevi explained.

Stevi told the cameras that painting was her passion. However, it wasn’t helping Stevi pay the bills. Since Stevi is a single mom with two kids and a mortgage, she also teaches English online. Her English students are from all over the world. Some are learning English for their job, some want to travel to the U.S. And then there was “one guy” who was unlike any other student.

Stevi seems to be new to Instagram or has perhaps started a fresh account since her 90 Day Fiancé debut. Her first post was in January 2025 where Stevi took a mirror selfie wearing an Arsenal football jersey and wrote that “his team wins when I wear this” with Mahdi responding with heart-eyed and fire emojis. Stevi loves being in the moment as she addresses the criticism she receives for 90 Day Fiancé and accepts the love from her fans. Meanwhile, Mahdi’s “love you” comment on Stevi’s latest IG upload proves the couple is still together and presumably married.
